At Tiny Closet, we want you to love your purchase.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through our Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
